SURGICAL MECHANIC (F/M/D)
FULL TIME

Everything you need to know about the job:

Our name stands for individual, robust and high-quality medical instruments. With your skills and craftsmanship, you are an important part of our team: your job here at blache medical is to manufacture and assemble instruments for the world of medicine. This includes prototypes, with which we inspire our customers. Your job is also to produce small batches for special usage in surgery. Our goal is to equip physicians everywhere with the best tools possible which enable them to serve their patients to the best of their ability.

We are established in the industry as specialists, especially for difficult challenges. However, this only works if everyone in our team is prepared to take responsibility for their work. The idea of quality is a supporting pillar of our joint success – that’s why your area of responsibility also includes independently carrying out quality and final inspections. With your knowledge as a specialist, you will identify any weak points, which our engineers can then work to strengthen.

Your focus is the production and assembly of our innovative surgical instruments as well as the finishing of the products. Modern machines and tools are available for you to manufacture the various products from our portfolio.

You are part of a highly motivated team. Working for us is fun because the tasks are interesting and always changing. You won’t sit at a desk and put together the same thing repeatedly, rather you will be faced with new, exciting challenges on a regular basis. We are a specialized company focused on individual medical solutions for our customers.  We want to rise with our customers’ expectations and produce for them the special products that they need. This is why your job is interesting, diverse, and always keeping you on the inside lane of innovation.

You will work a total of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday – weekends are, of course, free. Plus, we work exclusively in day shifts. Our coffee/drink bar are always open and free for the taking. We have to work together, but we get to celebrate together…as often as possible with every success we experience as a team.

You also have the required professional training necessary to reach your full potential with us. It would be very helpful if you have a few years of work experience so that you can start directly at blache medical.
