2025 was a very special year for blache medical: we celebrated our 20th anniversary. Two decades of innovation, dedication, and growth in the field of medical technology. What began in 2005 as a small team has evolved into a well-established company with 15 motivated and highly qualified employees. Together, we have achieved a great deal – and we are proud of it.

As a token of appreciation for our team’s daily commitment, we marked our anniversary year with an unforgettable trip to Paris. The days were filled with fun, shared experiences, and a renewed sense of what truly connects us.

Quality Assurance at the Highest Level
From a business perspective, quality assurance was one of our key focus areas in 2025. We expanded our QA department both in space and personnel, optimizing the packaging area and improving efficiency and flexibility in our warehouse operations. State-of-the-art measuring technology supports our employees, and quality assurance is carried out both mechanically and manually. For the U.S. market, for example – where we have been active since 2008 – every single product is inspected for cleanliness, surface quality, and functionality. The digitalization of our QA documentation and an enhanced ERP system help us save time and ensure full transparency.

Growth and New Markets: Welcome to Texas
We also achieved strong results internationally this year. We are particularly proud of our new customer in Austin, Texas – an innovative startup in the field of spinal implants working with cutting-edge 3D printing technology. We are developing custom instruments tailored precisely to the company’s implant systems. The young enterprise is currently working with us on prototype development, and we will also take on series production. The U.S. is a market with high regulatory standards – which makes it even more rewarding that our products and quality philosophy are meeting those expectations.

Looking Ahead: Trade Fair in Dubai 2026
A major highlight awaits us in February 2026: our first-ever participation as an exhibitor at the World Health Expo in Dubai. Together with one of our long-standing suppliers, we will present our portfolio to an international audience. The Dubai exhibition is one of the world’s most important platforms for medical technology – an excellent opportunity to build new relationships and showcase our products to a global professional community.
